Classes are created for people of all abilities.
Classes are an opportunity to express through the arts, using several modalities, including music, nature and meditation.
This is not a replacement for clinical therapy or a professional diagnosis.
Expressing our thoughts, and communicating our feelings or emotions with words is often difficult, leading to frustration and isolation.
The Arts help us navigate through life, disabilities, and daily challenges, while creating space to breathe; reflect and create.

... I'm not a very artistic person but you allowed me the opportunity to express some deep down emotions that I needed to process. I loved meditating in and out of creative healing and I consider it a tool that I will continue to use once I leave...

...I never thought an art project could inspire me. You helped me remember that I am creative.. Now I can connect with my kids on a different level. When I leave here, I have way better things I could be doing with my time! Thank you.

...I love and needed the meditation and affirmations at the beginning and ending of each class. Each project made me really dig deep into myself...I was beginning to critique my work, however, I now display all my work because they remind me daily of what I learned about myself.

.... I never take off the bracelets we made, I wear them everyday to remind myself of the most important things right now, and to pray for strength in my recovery...
